slow elevators long queues
The elevators were slow. I also encountered a recurring problem with my keys. I had to get them reset multiple times. The front desk lines were consistently long. I found these issues frustrating .

disgusting shower head weak water pressure
The hotel had a convenient location near the parks.
The room had issues. The shower head looked disgusting with green buildup. The water pressure from the sink was also very weak.

universal escape with sweet memories
free shuttle easy access
the free shuttle made accessing universal studios so simple. the pool and hot tub provided welcomed relaxation after long days.
the bathtub faucet leaked a lot when i showered. there seemed to be gaps around it, needing some care.

the staff was helpful and nice. the housekeeper made sure we had what we needed and was kind. there is a universal service desk for information and tickets in the lobby.

efficient service helpful coworker easy access
The valet service was efficient since my arrival. Justice and his coworker were very helpful with my car (I even lost my valet ticket downstairs!). I only provided my room number and information to get the car. The hotel offered nice and easy access to the parks.
